Paul established the Courneya Group (formerly Courneya Benefit Consultants) in 1980 after a career at London Life and Manulife Financial. Full of energy and enthusiasm, his goal was to provide benefits, retirement and estate planning to small and medium-sized companies.
Paul’s extensive knowledge of group pensions and benefits has made him a valuable resource to senior executives and business owners. Thanks to his experience, knowledge and efforts, the Courneya Group has built a track record of consistent growth and outstanding client loyalty. It is not uncommon to find two and three generations of business owners among our clients, and many client relationships date back to the early 1970s.
An avid golfer and passionate volunteer, Paul has been involved in many golf-related activities over his career including:
President, Hamilton Golf & Country Club - 1995
